Biography

Frances Huehls is Associate Librarian for the Joseph and Matthew Payton Philanthropic Studies Library and Associate Professor of Philanthropic Studies at IU Indianapolis. She received her doctorate in Higher Education from Indiana University. She is the editor of Philanthropic Studies Index and PRO: Philanthropy Resources Online and has contributed to volumes on fundraising, philanthropy, higher education, and women.
