The Certificate in Fund Raising Management Scholarship

With generous funding from the Fidelity Charitable® Catalyst Fund, The Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy will select 15 nonprofit fundraisers from small to mid-sized organizations located in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, and New Mexico to receive:

  • 95% of the cost for a Certificate in Fund Raising Management(CFRM)
    • Note: 5% of the cost ($300) will be paid by the candidate or their organization
  • $1,500 in funding to participating nonprofits following successful completion of the program

The Certificate in Fund Raising Management Scholarship Supported by Fidelity Charitable Catalyst Fund application will open January 1, 2026. Applications will be accepted until 5pm MST on February 6, 2026.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should my responses be to open-ended questions?

We do not want this application to be a burden, but we do want to get to know you and your organization. Feel free to use both qualitative and/or quantitative data in your responses and be as concise as possible.

Can I save my application and finish it later?

Yes, you may save your application to complete at a later time. When you exit the survey, you will be able to return to the same link and see your progress. It will not be submitted until you press submit on the last page.

Can I revise my application after I press submit?

Once an application is submitted, no changes can be made. Please review your application carefully before clicking submit.

Can I submit more than one application?

Each applicant is limited to one application. The first application submitted will be evaluated; subsequent applications will not be considered.

Can more than one person from my organization apply?

Yes, more than one person from an organization may apply.

Can board members apply?

No, only full-time staff members are eligible to apply.

Will there be another opportunity to apply?

Yes, the scholarship will be available again in spring of 2027. Please be on the lookout for further information.
