Virtual (Live)

Course platform: Virtual classes are hosted by Zoom. Participants will be able to communicate via audio and chat during the course. You can test your computer using Zoom’s test page here.

Course study guide: Participants will receive access to any available course materials in PDF format.

Course schedule/time zone: Virtual courses are held on Eastern time each session and follow the virtual class agenda.

Attendance policy for virtual courses: Attendance will be taken at each session. For courses five sessions or longer, one missed live session can be made up by listening to a session recording in full and provide written responses to key questions from the session. Participants who miss more than one live session will not be eligible to receive the certificate of completion and CFRE education points.

For courses with four or fewer sessions, attendance at all live sessions is required to receive a certificate.

If a participant misses the first session of a course, they will need to transfer to a different available course. All cancellations and transfers are subject to an administrative fee of $275.
