Program Impact Officer / George and Frances Ball Foundation
Kelsey Harrington serves as the Program Impact Officer at the George and Frances Ball Foundation. For the past seven years, she has helped the Muncie, Indiana based family foundation transform its proactive grantmaking approach, leading impact and evaluation efforts, spearheading intermediary grantmaking, and co-facilitating the Foundation’s economic mobility focused collective impact initiative, Cradle to Career Muncie. Kelsey was the first dual degree earner at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, completing bachelor’s degrees in both management and philanthropic studies. Kelsey is passionate about community changemaking and civic engagement beyond her professional life. In addition to the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy Alumni Board, she currently serves on the board of directors for the Greater Muncie Chamber of Commerce, Muncie Downtown Development Partnership, and Refugee Alliance of Delaware County. In her free time, she runs a slow fashion vintage resale business and enjoys learning new hobbies like stained glass.
