Toby Amir Fox (she/her/hers) is a consultant for Nationwide, a Fortune 100 financial services company. As part of Nationwide’s Office of Corporate Citizenship, she is responsible for the planning and execution of Nationwide’s associate giving campaigns and volunteer programs at the national level while managing Nationwide’s nonprofit relationships in Scottsdale, AZ, Brea, CA and with work from home associates across the Enterprise. Toby is a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council for Nationwide’s Office of the Chief Legal Officer where she chairs the nomination’s committee and serves on the program committee.
Prior to joining Nationwide, Toby spent more than 18 years working for various nonprofit organizations in the community, including Arizona Science Center and Girl Scouts – Arizona Cactus-Pine Council. Toby is a past board/committee member with the Associate of Fundraising Professionals, Congregation Or Tzion, and the Valley of the Sun JCC Early Childhood Center/Youth Department while volunteering her time with a variety of community organizations.
Toby earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University and went on to earn an M.A. in Philanthropic Studies degree and an MPA with a concentration in nonprofit management from IU Indianapolis. Toby earned her CFRE designation in 2012 and successfully renewed in 2015. She also participated in the American Express Nonprofit Leadership Academy in New York City (2011).
An Arizona native, Toby resides in Phoenix, AZ with her husband Dan and their three kids, Noah (16), Hannah (12) and Abbie (12). She enjoys baking, hiking and has a penchant for bad reality television.
