Biography
Serving as the associate director for curriculum design, Dustin leads the maintenance and development of curricula for The Fund Raising School’s 20+ courses. In this role, he collaborates with academic faculty and external stakeholders to design continuing education programs for national and international audiences while ensuring all materials align with adult learning best practices.
Dustin is deeply passionate about adult learning, professional development, and providing the opportunity for others to advance in their careers. This dedication is rooted in his professional career in both instructional design and classroom education, including his previous tenure as a lead instructional designer where he managed training initiatives for over 2,000 participants. This foundation was built during his early experience as a math teacher and athletic director, where he focused on implementing research-based teaching strategies and creating professional development for staff.
