Jill Robinson Kramer
Jill Robinson Kramer serves as a vice president for the John N. Gardner Institute for Excellence in Higher Education, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving equity in higher education. Additionally she is the president and founder of JRK Consulting, LLC, a minority-owned, women-owned business focusing on strategic planning, facilitation, project management, evaluation, and grant-writing for education and nonprofit organizations.
Previously Jill served as Vice President of Innovation Strategy at Strada Education Network, Associate Vice President for Planning and Grants at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, Senior Program Officer for Lumina Foundation for Education, and Associate Director of Special Events at the Hudson Institute.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Spanish from Hanover College, a master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University – Indianapolis, and a Ph.D. in Education Leadership at Indiana State University. She has a Balanced Scorecard Strategic Planning Certificate from George Washington University, a Certificate in Teaching, Leadership & Learning from Marian University, and the Certified Fund Raising Executive Credential. Jill earned a distinguished alumni honor from MSD Lawrence Township and distinguished young alumni award from Hanover College.
Jill and her husband Ray live in Indianapolis, Indiana with their two children. Jill is involved in volunteer and civic activities and currently serves on the Indiana Charter School Board. She also volunteers time with FIRST Robotics Team 1024, Lasagna Love, and the meals ministry at her church.
