Biography
Divina Gamble is the Managing Partner of Korn Ferry’s Washington, DC region and Global Nonprofit Practice Leader. She is also a member of the firm’s Board & CEO practice.
Ms. Gamble specializes in providing holistic talent solutions to some of the world’s most admired and impactful organizations. For nearly two decades, she has recruited a diversity of CEOs, senior leaders, and board members across nonprofit, philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and social enterprises. She has placed leaders of regional, national and global organizations, start-ups and renowned foundations, leading social service organizations, aging services, impact investing, advocacy, arts, sport, and prominent associations.
Ms. Gamble joined Korn Ferry from Discovery Communications, Inc. where she worked on the Global Project Management team. Prior to media, she worked in K-12 and higher education.
Ms. Gamble received a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts from Georgetown University. She served as a chair for the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program and on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc DC and Melwood, Inc. She is a member of Pipeline Angels, with a mission to generate capital, investments, and entrepreneurial opportunities for women and underrepresented groups. Ms. Gamble is presently on the Executive Committee of the Board of Junior Achievement Greater Washington and has served as a member of the National Black MBA Association Advisory Council. She is also a member of the Economic Club of Washington, DC and a Trustee of the Federal City Council.
