Sponsoring the Youth Philanthropy Changemaker Summit is an investment in the next generation of civic leaders. On June 12th – June 15th, more than 125 high school students, mentors, parents, program coordinators, and advisors will come together on the campus of IU – Indianapolis. By supporting this gathering of learners and leaders, you will play a vital role in shaping engaged young adults who value service, responsibility, and collective impact.

Platinum sponsor

Full Journey Support – $1,000 per participant

Covers:

Round trip flight travel to Indianapolis (about $600)
Conference lodging in shared dorm room (3 nights × $48 = $144, plus tax)
All meals during trip (about $250)

Recognition Includes:

Website listing
Main stage acknowledgment
Logo/name on signage & program
Option to dedicate sponsorship in honor or memory of someone

Impact: Removes all financial barriers so any youth or leader can attend from across the US.

Gold sponsor

Group Participation Support – $500 per participant

Covers:

Round-trip ground travel as a group to Indianapolis (about $100)
Conference lodging in shared dorm room (3 nights × $48 = $144, plus tax)
All meals during trip (about $250)

Recognition Includes:

Logo/name in event materials
Sponsor signage

Impact: Supports essential needs during the event for regional youth or leaders to attend.

Silver sponsor

Lodging Only – $150 per person per night

Covers:

Conference lodging in shared dorm room (3 nights × $48 = $144, plus tax)

Recognition Includes:

Listing in the event program

Impact: Ensures a safe place to stay for youth and leaders, conveniently located on campus.

Estimated Cost: $3,000

Covers:

Includes full catering, staffing, and setup for 100 participants.

Fowling Social Event Sponsor

Estimated Cost: $6,000

Covers:

Mixer for students to engage with one another and meet professionals in the philanthropic field.
Held in the evening at Fowling Warehouse Indianapolis.

Recognition during the event and sponsor signage at the event included.
